Most real estate websites are digital brochures — they show listings, maybe capture an email, and dump every inquiry into the same follow-up pile regardless of whether the visitor is idly browsing or ready to make an offer next month. That's the gap inSync Group set out to close with the total overhaul of LivingInVero.com, our custom-built IDX/MLS platform in Vero Beach.
After a period of inactivity, we rebuilt the site from the ground up — not just to recover its presence in search, but to turn traffic into qualified conversations instead of passive page views.
Instead of a static contact form, LivingInVero.com now runs on a conversational qualification flow powered by Claude. When a visitor shows interest in a property, they're guided through a short, natural exchange instead of a questionnaire — what neighborhood they're focused on, whether they're pre-approved, their timeline, whether they're already working with an agent. It reads like talking to someone at the front desk, not filling out paperwork.
Every response feeds directly into inSync Group's own custom-built CRM, where it's scored and routed automatically: buyers with financing in place and a real timeline go straight to a same-day callback slot, while early-stage browsers move into a longer-term nurture sequence — no manual sorting, no lead sitting in an inbox overnight. Because the CRM also carries the IDX/MLS listing integration, a qualified lead's context — the property, the neighborhood, the price range — travels with them automatically, so the agent isn't starting cold on the callback either.
The system runs around the clock — overnight, weekends, during open houses.
Ninety days after rebuild, the results are clear: the site has climbed back to nearly 15,000 indexed pages, and lead volume has started picking up meaningfully in the last few weeks as that visibility compounds. And because every contact that comes in is pre-screened and already sitting in the CRM with full context before it ever reaches an agent, the value isn't just more traffic — it's traffic worth actually picking up the phone for.
